A paint program in the browser.
This is a decent picture editor. Certainly good enough to serve as a white board, touch up a photo, or edit an icon. I can't tell you how many times I've had to work with people who don't own an (expensive, bloated, and difficult to learn) image editor but who have a simple image editing task to perform. This closes that gap nicely.
