Windows 7: Possible Slogans

Every time you release a new product you need a captivating slogan to capture the imagination of your target market. With Windows 7 coming out, I'd like to suggest:

  • If at first you don't succeed, Try, Try, Try, Try, Try, Try, Try again!
  • Sorry about the last few years
  • It seems to work fine
  • Its like Windows XP for the 21st century!
  • Just be gentle with it, okay?
  • Free with your new PC!
  • Minesweeper and Solitaire still come standard
  • Its a thing we made!
  • Isn't it amazing how we can still make bank on our worst screwups?
  • Hey, if it doesn't work, you can always try Ubuntu
  • We're like Seven Up: there is no six
  • According to the laws of probability, its going to be a step up.
  • Proceeds go to AIDS prevention in Africa
  • Now available at Starbucks!
  • Hey, its good, really. However, might want to save your work first
  • Don't struggle; it'll only hurt more

I have to confess...

Microsoft did finally achieve adequacy with Windows 7. It's not Os X, but its definately superior to any Linux wannabee clone and, oh, System 7. Most importantly, the banshees of Vista -- awful crashes, long load times and graphic overkill, are basically gone. I can now use the Steam system with confidence.
